What does edible chalk taste like?

It varies for different people but it's the chalky taste that edible chalk and clay lovers adore. Edible chalk has a very clean fresh taste and always remains monolithic. Some chalks are crunchy and some chalks are soft depending on the type.

Can I change the taste or texture?

Yes, leave the chalk out in the air for a while and taste will change and you can also wet the chalk for different taste. Certain edible clays disintegrate in water and turn into smaller easier to bite pieces (ural clay).
